And this minimizing felt normal because so many of the women around me hid from their brilliance too!

We all have UNIQUE and POWERFUL traits that set us apart from others.  The trick is to hone in on your unique brilliance and bring it to life.  It’s not about bragging.  It’s about becoming more authentic and real, showcasing your true talents, so you can help more people and provide more remarkable results.

Think of someone who admires you and knows you well.  What might they say are your strengths and talents that could bring you to the forefront of your field?  If you didn’t have to tell anyone, what would you say is your unique brilliance - the part of you that shines in most situations?

You ARE a rockstar.  It’s time to name it and own it.
 
Once you are connected with your highest self, make a list of the 20 powerful results that clients WILL get when they work with you as the expert in your field.  Include financial, spiritual, emotional and practical results.  Be generous and think outside the box here.  Ask yourself, what are these results worth?

#2 – Use your powerful, authentic words everywhere

Once you connect with your unique brilliance, laser in on the words that reflect YOU at your highest self.  This is an often overlooked strategy that shouldn’t be skipped. 

Your authentic confidence and image needs to be seen everywhere- on your website, emails, tagline and so on.

Although it can be tempting to mimic others, it’s not a good idea because their words aren’t YOUR words and, therefore, won’t be nearly as powerful.

When the words you use, and the image you portray, is fully in sync with who YOU are, people gravitate towards you because your full  alignment creates honesty and trust.
