I love to work from home because I can easily remain an integral part of my three children’s lives. If someone is sick, I am here. I can pick them up from school on most days and be present after school. I get to set my own hours, doing something I love, while making time to exercise and take good care of myself. Quite honestly, when I’m tired- I take a nap!
Of course, it wasn’t always easy paving this road. I needed to find the right mentor who could help me grow my business to the next level- that took a considerable amount of time.
There are times I feel lonely. There are times I could use a change of scenary. And when I feel that way, I try to step back and remind myself of all that I DO get by working at home- more time with my kids, a healthy life balance and work that fuels me.
