Greetings! I’m sensing some extra angst out there lately- understandable, it’s the end of the year and responsibilities multiply. I’ve found that when things just aren’t meshing, though, a break is in order! It’s amazing how walking away from a problem and endulging in self- care for a bit can clear the mind and ease anxiety.
If you are feeling stuck, odds are your self-care is low. Take a break. Focus on self-care until your energy is back and then dive in again- you’ll have a new perspective that will serve you well.
