I attended an event for meeting planners earlier this week to learn about planning our September event and to meet entrepreneurs.  Mark generally goes with me to these events (which I used to avoid like the plague) but he was sick.  When he’s present, I can rely on his gift of gab and just sort of fill in at times.  Without him, I am forced to connect on my own- which I used to dislike because something always felt “off” or “uncomfortable” when it came time to tell others about my own work.

HOWEVER, I am thrilled to announce that I no longer dislike networking events- I enjoy them! Now that my business is 110% aligned with who I am and I know with 110% certainty that my coaching programs help entrepreneurs vastly accelerate their income, so they can live their values- I LOVE talking about what I do with others.  First, I connect with them- which I have always enjoyed.  And then, when they ask me what I do, I comfortably and authentically tell them how I help entrepreneurs.  It’s EASY.  It’s effortless.  And, without me consciously having to “try”, just by being real, I get clients.
