With business, as with life, we need to remember that a constant full-throttle mode is not healthy. We desperately need time to relax, to rest our brains and bodies, to refuel our tanks. Often our bodies will tell us when we’ve overdone our activity levels (sickness, joint or back pain, etc). Rather than wait for a problem, how about proactively resting?
This is a great time to practice. Take the weekend off, unplug and rejuvenate. It’s not only good for your mind, body and soul, you’ll be amazed at how much more productive you are on Monday!
Such is the healthy ebb and flow of life…and business.
